Mentoring the Creative Community

Structured mentoring partnerships allow those being mentored to gain new skills and increased confidence in their abilities, while mentors can benefit from having the opportunity to share their skills and give back to the community by engaging with talented artists.

As a Mentor I offered guidance and intellectual tools for expansion.
Assisting a mentee to build confidence and grow their avenues for opportunity.
In collaboration, we reflected on their current challenges and obstacles, and brainstormed how these could be navigated or overcome.
